Late graduation post! GRADUATION POST
Apologies for the delay in posting, i thought i had! I love Chisel, its a great program but back to back drops programs the enthusiasm a little! Will be back to do it again but not that soon.
Heading to Thailand for a 5 day break tomorrow.. can't think of a better place to finish the program! 3 more days to grit it out team!
bit of a slog this time for me. Will take a break for a month and mix up the fitness after this program is over and come back with renewed vigour next time round. Getting the training done, 80% on the diet, a few slip ups here and there but nothing major
All good, got through the 7’s ok and resumed the Kenzai compliance on Monday. Sorry I’m not being very interactive with you all.. last time round I was 100% all over my program, I think doing a second Chisel so close to the last has left me just in a get it done and move on mentality. Hope everyone is progressing well and loving the hang times
Sorry for radio silence but been super busy with life. Things going well, workouts over the last week been at 100%, food at 80%. 7's rugby this weekend so tried to be super clean in the build up because Friday and Sat the wheels are coming off! Woo hoo loves the 7's.. but then I will be serious again next week!
Had a slow start last week.. I think that is the problem with back to back programs but still managed some pretty aggressive workouts. Anyway this week has started well, some good work outs and diet on track. Need to knuckle down and get the fitness levels up before the heat and humidity comes along
3rd Chisel program for me.. love it, suits me well! Finished the last one 2 weeks ago so coming in hot. Missed the first 2 workouts but back on it from today
Great program GRADUATION POST
2nd time I have done Chisel. Although this time I managed to get to the end which is great. I love this program. 6 weeks seems to suit me well, I like the HIIT workouts and get good results. I will definitely have Chisel in the Kenzai schedule one or twice a year
Couldn’t be better timed.. the last workout will be finished off in Sydney for me as I am down for a week on a conference.. no guilt on poor choices on diet or lifestyle as the program will be over.. woo hoo!
The last few weeks have managed to get a few of the workouts done at lunchtime with a fellow chiseler. Always great to get the work out done before the evening.. even better when you have someone to chunter at when the going gets tough
(we look thrilled to have finished)
Got out on my surfski for the first time this year for my free cardio. Wind was up so was a grind paddling out but coming home I had a great time with the wind and waves pushing me along!
And here it is.. I thought the exercises they gave us for the first 3 cycle workout were not too aggressive but I assume that was to help us ease into the 3 cycles.. sneaky increase on the skipping thrown in at the same time.
I am really enjoying the cycle workouts, less so the band workouts although I understand the balance and the need for them. Even though i don't enjoy them and I can feel the benefit
Over halfway now.. programme is moving on fast!
Which I think is a good thing.. grinding through the workouts and diet.. nothing spectacular going on.. it Chinese New Year holidays in Hong Kong and with no real plans just enjoying the time exercising and hanging out with the family. Hope everyone else is going along ok!
Wow that burnt! Strong leg workout today. Didn’t like hang time in Chisel 1.0, second time round still not a fan!
