Day 6 - A weekend in Macau

Runs and strength training going well so far about to get my 5km on. Diet has been loose but haven't strayed too far off course will need to tighten that up for week 2. Need to keep reminding myself it's not about going as fast as you can; clock up the mins and the km, speed will come with practice

      Hi Advil, I hope you enjoyed your 5k. I have also found it challenging to follow the diet strictly, especially when going out with friends. I will have to re-read some of my KB tactics!

        You've got a lot of great traction, Adil! Nice work getting in the workouts during your weekend away. And you're exactly right about improving your pace - build strength, work on form, get the kms in, work hard on the speed work days, hit the diet to lean up and you'll surely see the needle on the speedometer go up over the program.
