Kenzai Run - Day 16

Last week started really well a couple of good runs, a spin class and a strength workout and then I took a flight and things fell apart. Disappointed in myself but I think I just have to pick things up in the morning and get back on the wagon. Will let you know how it goes tomorrow.

Don't look back! Just look forward. We all have those moments where we fall off the wagon. But just get back on and keep going!

    That's all we can ask of ourselves when we hit a stumbling block. One thing that might help is to blog regularly for the next few days until you get back on track.

      Hi Adil, how has the last 6 days gone? Have you been able to nudge yourself back on track? Why not put up a new weekly photo to get that sense of accountability going. It does help.
