4 sets vs 3?

I have noticed that I much prefer 3 sets instead of 4. With the skipping tonight was 15 mins (3x4), 1 min shorter than last week (4x4) - basically the same however 3 sets feels so much easier - I think it is due to getting in the grove and losing track of time. Anyone else have this preference for less sets?

Friday lunch and dinner was off plan however not far away and now firmly back on track. All workouts completed. After dinner snack needs a bit more imagination as you can see from the picture.

Only 2 weeks to go!

you should chop those two veggies up, drizzle thwm with lemmon juice, tiny bit of olive oil, top with pepper and garlic seasoning....

Your commitment to the diet definitely shows in your photos. Looking lean and strong! Keep up the great work!

I prefer fewer sets too, with each set longer duration!
I like baking the vegetables in the oven for a roasted taste. Sometimes chopping them in different shapes make a difference, to get some variety in!

Thanks all - it all looks a little sorry but i dont mind. The trade was getting a knife out, board, chopping, washing the knife and board and then putting it all away. Easier just to eat :)

Hey Al, I am the same with less sets and longer duration. Just mentally easier for some reason. You are ahead of me in the game - I don't even peel my veggies sometimes......but thinking about it maybe we would actually burn more calories peeling and chopping and cleaning after ourselves....same principle as eating an apple?!

I agree - I like the fewer sets on the rope, even when they're longer. Although I keep debating if I should just power through 15 minutes. It's like having it broken into sets is license to not push myself as far as I can. And then I look back at my KB1 (or actually PCP) days and remember when 3x5 minutes sounded like infinite torture.
