Final post 

I got very sick and was in hospital during the third month of program. I am completed the unfinished days of the program and I am loving it!!

I am going to continue it as my routine workout since it has been very effective for me.

Hope you have all had a positive experience as well!!


Back in NY!

I am sorry to have been so absent. I am finally back in NY after 3 weeks of work and pleasure travel. I am happy to have had zero weight gain. I am so happy to have been able to do the workouts in hotel rooms, on terraces of Rome apartments, in tiny alleys of Venice, in London squares and using tree trunks to hold the resistance bands. There are no excuses and it is fun to find ways to make it work. I have been completing about 90 percent of the workouts given my commitments. The diet has been harder to follow.

But I am back and looking forward to the third part of the program. What I enjoy the most is the excersize program as part of my new routine.


I wish the food section of the program could be a picture of 1-3 menus. That is why the exercise is so successful for me - I look at it I do it.
I am certain if the diet section included some image that I could follow it easier.

Hotel workout!

I am in London and it has been a pleasure to be able to complete the workout in the absolute comfort of the hotel room....no excuses! Diet portion has been more of a challenge except for the excellent breakfast. Yesterday was my birthday!!

Hiiii there!!!

Nothing is happening weight wise...maybe gained....but I feel strong and I love the workout! I don’t look different but I feel great. Sometimes in pain but less so, but stronger!!


Resistance bands

I can only do the yellow now - and the images show the yellow one. Will the image change to another color or is that going to be our self imposed challenge?

I have tried to post a video of doing the jump rope at double time intense but it does not load!! You will have to imagine it!! 😎

Hi Team!!

Well two auctions today....long day, lots of stress. The post sale party. Got home at 10pm and I almost bailed. But I did it and I am happy. πŸ’ͺ


That last set of arms had me struggling but I got it done!

I’m back!!

Hi team!! I was not able to follow the work out for 4 days. I work for an auction house and this is the absolute most important week of the year so I was missing in action here...however I was back in the saddle today!! Idid the work out, ran and swam!!! πŸ’ͺ


Next week

As we get ready for diet portion....I see nothing against oatmeal right? Can we have oatmeal for breakfast? Carb, right?


Late work out

This is a busy season at work so I return at 9-10 pm...I am getting crazy looks as I jump rope on the Brooklyn sidewalk at 10 or 11pm.
