The cushion solution

So the cushion was a genius move! Definitely helped with the posture. Amazing.

Now the hips. I know I’m a bit tight, but after time my hips start to ache and are becoming a distraction. I’m really keen to try and work with the floor pose. Are there any good stretches to recommend to improve my hip flexibility?

I found today’s 7 minutes really long. To the point that I looked at my timer 30 seconds before the end thinking I had not pressed go! Nope... I was just being impatient! Lots of room for improvement!

When the hips or any part of the body hurts it is so distracting! I found this for some yoga poses that help your hips. Couldn't describe these but these were all the ones I use. As you go further down they get more intense. https://blog.paleohacks.com/hip-opening-stretches/# Hope this helps.

      im in the same boat. my right hip is really tight and i noticed it last night and also in the pic I took today. My physio is recommending few stretches Ill message to you

        Finding your seat - how to posture your hips, hands, and even gaze - is foundational. Get those right this week and you are well on your way to more fruitful mindfulness session, Alex!

          Thanks Sue for the stretches recommendations. I will try and get them in to help.

          I am not sure about Supine Cow Face Pose !!! But will report back!
