tough week coming up

5 days of travel this week. Expect it to be a challenge. I think the exercise will be ok but the eating the real challenge. I can take food on flights I think, but catering from hotels is where I expect I’ll fall short... any tips?

Also, on the egg whites, is there an alternative when on the road?

Take hard boiled eggs for egg whites. I buy them at supermarket and store them in hotel mini fridge. Buy fresh fruit locally. At a push, I also buy cherry tomatoes and use that as my veggie serving.

    Only protein powder really and it’s not a great sub. Where are you travelling to ? Most hotels will sort you out a couple of eggs I should think ?

      Travel safe! And rely on the hospitality to cater to your needs. It’s ok to ask for custom orders, sauce on the side, or some hard boiled eggs. Trust me, it won’t be the weirdest thing the hotels ever been asked for!
