On the subject of curry, what is the vibe on coconut milk or daal?

Home made sauce? Beware of hidden sugars and fats in the ready made ones. Way to be creative though. Coconut milk is quite fat intensive so either don’t use or extremely sparingly. Daal - pulses - fabulous usually but not generally recommended on a training diet.
