hanging and reaching

I’m still here—fitting in twists and hanging in tightness. Still wondering about my achy Achilles. I love the morning dynamic stretches. Can I find more options?

Amanda, I sent you an email about your Achilles. As for the dynamic stretches, I will ask Ward. Could you do more of each set or perhaps two rounds in the meantime?

    but warned it was veering into a full workout rather than a warm up. He mentioned that the dynamic stretches in the morning pretty much cover the big ones. Enjoy!
