Mind Full GRADUATION POST

I want to say I embraced each and everyday of MIND, but it was challenging to truly reset my focus inward. I enjoyed the lessons, and I am going to take many useful information with me. Returning to the 7 minute breath work might be best for me right now because I know deep inside that learning to sit and quiet the mind is essential for well being. Glad to know I have the lessons to refer to at any time! Thanks for putting all these practices together!
