Reboot Day 7

Okay, fully late to the party of rebooting!
I'm Amanda and I love me some Kenzai programming to ease back into training form!
I've been hitting the exercises and TRYING to dial in the diet. Shorter days make me a hungrier, is that true for anyone else? Also, stress eating is real.
Free Cardio felt great! After a hiatus from running, I'm putting that back into my routine, and I hope it will calm the nervous system a bit.

Agree on the shorter days and food! I’m making myself go to bed early,....just so I don’t hang around the kitchen and eat!!!!
