Woozy Long Run and Wobbly Workout

I knew that I would have to be creative while juggling the vacation-with-family schedule, my race prep, and Chisel. I just didn't expect the dehydration to wreck me today. Usually I run long on Sundays which are cardio days! Needed a few more carbs and water to get back to normal. Tomorrow is new day to reset diet and cycle workouts!

Be careful with dehydration!! It can be really bad. Take care of yourself - sounds like a lot at once!

Hey Amanda, i can completely relate!! What race are you training for? I have a half trail race in Oct and a full marathon in Nov. It is difficult to train during the scorching summers here in Tokyo and with the kids on holidays....
