K Run Day 31 - My week in the ether

So....I knew that having both my sisters in law visit for a week was going to be a challenge. The reality is that it totally derailed me. I managed to do the workouts until Sat, but I missed my 6km distance run, am behind in all my lessons, had very little sleep and you can imagine how the diet was. Remorse has ruled since Monday when diet has been back on but very little else. I have to do today's workout - I don't think I have ever missed 3 in a row before. Not long now and I need to get myself back on track. Sorry K people - I got the late blog message and the photo message. I will get the latter sorted later.

Time to get yourself back on track. Make today the day of 100% diet and workout complete so you can finish this week off right and be squared away to still make strong use of the second half of the program. You can do this, Anita.

    I know how it is when you have relatives over.But if you just go for a walk I feel

      Let’s keep the runs going ! I did one in the Olympic stadium today in Beijing - was amazing I could run a whole lap !
