K Run - Day 33 - All ok

So, feeling better having had a few solid days behind me. I can't believe how awful I felt physically last week. So I overindulged but felt physically dreadful which was quite interesting because although there was some overdoing last week, it would have been normal life before Kenzai. Could I really have gone through life feeling that terrible all the time? I really can't believe it!
I am switching things up slightly to accommodate catching up with a friend over a barre class on Sunday. So....I will do the technical run tonight, the distance run tomorrow and the cross training on Sunday. Hopefully that's allowed!

It's very likely your body and mind had acclimated to what was normal life pre-Kenzai, and you felt like that often, but just didn't realize it was that bad. But now that you know what it feels like to exercise and eat well to let the body function better, those short dips into the old 'normal life' habits are felt strong by the body. Which is helpful, to kick us back on course easier. Great job getting a few solid days in. Keep it going this weekend.

    I switch my runs some days too as I prefer to do cross training on sundays as it is easier to accommodate on the weekend
