K Run - Its Done!!

Well.... I did it! Ahhh...the relief! It still took me ages, but I'm glad I have completed this programme. It definitely was not my best K programme - lots of distractions in terms of travel and visitors, but I was very diligent on the workouts. As the diet was a bit loose, I got a loose outcome in terms of weight loss - basically not really losing anything. However, I have gained some confidence in running and have already been out for a 5k run this week, and planning one tomorrow. I have four 5 k runs planned this week. Big thank you to Matt - extremely patient despite my many mishaps, and of course team Elbe! Look forward to seeing you on whatever happens next!

Diet a bit loose, but still a successful program, Anita! Diligent on the workouts...strong!! Gained confidence in running...HUGE!! And already incorporating regular 5k runs on your own off program. Very successful results you took from your program! Set yourself some diet goals for December so you can finish off this year well for yourself and be in a good position to start off 2018. Congrats and COMPLETE!!!
