Kb 2- day 30- on the road again

So India last week was tough. Managed to do a workout everyday although 2 of them were emergency workouts. Sleep wasn’t great and as the week progressed and I got more tired my choices became poorer. This had a knock in effect in to my weekend and I’m now on the road again. Indonesia this time. Feeling a bit panicky as I’ve got a family holiday coming up on Saturday. I’ve been looking forward to it for ages and need to formulate a game plan. Team- lesson here- don’t be me!

    Sleep deprivation makes me do crazy things. With all the traveling involved you’re doing great.

      Don' be too hard on yourself Anita, travelling is tough on Kenzai. So it's time to make a game plan for your next trip and the holiday. Firstly make some realistic goals like I will do the full workout each day or I will make sure I eat all my fruit snacks. Also take control of some of the things in your control. Do your accommodations have a gym? Do you have breakfast included? Are there supermarkets close to where you're staying? Do some recon and get sorted when you arrive. You're doing a great job, keep giving it your all.

        Great ideas here from Leah! Plan ahead. Set your sights on getting it right. And be forgiving of yourself when it doesn’t all go exactly to plan.
