KB 3 - Day 8 - Back in Saddle

OK, so not an ideal first week last week. Only did 3 workouts as was a little under par and in Macau for work. Had a bit of a blowout day yesterday - kids party and had a few glasses of bubbles. And funnily enough there were about 4 other Kenzai people there, which was fun. Feeling good and apprehensive at the same time about this programme. I really need it, but I have the usual work travel scheduled and more challengingly 2 family holidays.

Hey Anita, gosh don’t remind me about kids birthday parties I have my sons coming up 🤦🏽‍♀️
Dont worry hun, we are here to make sure you stay on track. Thankfully you know your schedule so you can start pre planning on how you’re going to eat and exercise. It will be a challenge but us mums are great at multitasking 😜

      It sounds to me as though you have got this covered Anita! As my Dad once said to me: 'Prior Planning avoids Piss Poor Performance'!!! Well I can't for the life of me remember why he chose to tell me that back when he did, but the phrase has always stuck with me ;-)
      You have all of us virtual team mates here supporting you and all of those in-the-flesh Kenzai people around you too, so you will be fine. Have a great week

          3 workouts is a start! Beat that this week and you're making progress!
          Kenzai on the road is tough but it can be done. Make good choices and do your best in your given situation. Planning ahead is key!
