Reboot - Day 11 - A little bit fudgy yesterday

Got home and felt too tired to do the workout. Which is really unlike me - I normally ALWAYS do the workout, even if the diet can get skew whiff. So....didn't do the workout, then had 2 mouthfuls of the kids pasta. Then my yoghurt, eggwhite, apple etc. Then stopped. I didn't have my veggie snack - couldn't face it. How's everyone else doing?

amazing how now two bites of pasta has us fretting and feeling guily!
im sure you bounce back fully today.

yesterday was tough with a flight, tried to eat at airport but it was awful and acoided plane food but was then starving.

all in doing ok. diet better than exercise for me.

keep it up!

    David has the right of it. A mouth full of pasta feels like a big cheat. But really...you kinda nailed it. If you miss a workout, keep the diet air tight and do your best to make the next day a perfect one. That's the path forward, Anita. Rock on. With confidence!
