Run - Day 5 - longest first week ever

So...I am on the road again. I knew of course, when i signed up. It is very much part of my life, so I know, that even with setbacks I just have to work with it. So...this morning it was a 5am wake up, and I did my strength workout on the balcony so as not to wake the sleeping husband. Workout done, and then on to the airport. Have a 13 hour flight ahead of me. WIth 2 public holidays in the week this week in HK and now flying to the US, this is feeling like a very loooooong week! Wish me luck!

Well done getting that workout done early before the flight. You're not new to balancing travel and Kenzai. You know you can do it for this program too. Safe travels and good luck!
