Feeling so much better. In control. All good in the kitchen. All good with the workouts (which are kind of harder than I thought). Wish me luck through the (busy) weekend!

Keep Kompliant snacks with you at all times. Apples, carrots, celery, cucumber, radishes, and sweet potatoes all travel really well! Having those on hand will help with a busy weekend.
