Scuplt Day 33

Ok....I am feeling a lot calmer today. Arrived back from Shanghai last night and in HK for the next 10 days or so. I think my work and life schedule gets on top of me and I totally freak out when I want to be 100% and just can't quite manage it as I have a flight, or a late meeting, a business dinner etc. The reality is that while on programme, I am actually investing in myself to cope much better with the demands of my life, and I am much more considered with food and drink than I would be when off programme. So, my lesson to myself this week is to be a bit kinder to myself and take a longer term view! I am enjoying the workouts. Its amazing, I look at the Barre excersises online and think they look ok, then when I start doing them, although I am not out of breath, they really bring me out in a sweat. I find the plies, and arabesques etc tough, but also a little addictive. I am actually preferring them to the strength days.

So pleased you're enjoying the sculpt exercises - I told you it was a great programme! Definitely need to be kinder to yourself and realise perfection isn't always possible but your idea of a bad day is the same as most people's super strict day! Enjoy being back in HK and give it your best for the final 9 days.

          Wow you travel quite a bit huh! Great timing that you'll at least be in one place for the next 10 days and can finish out the last week strong. You've got the right mindset and enjoying the workouts makes it that much easier to bear with your hectic schedule. Good luck and hope you have super solid week 6!

            "Be kinder to myself" and look at the big picture. 2 bits of solid advice, Anita. There's a saying "Nothing blooms in nature all year round, be patient with yourself."
