The lesson on being tired was well timed for me this week too. I have been feeling exhausted some days. But just like the post said, I pushed through even on the days I just felt like going home and having a nap.
I had a few slip ups diet wise this week, a couple glasses of red wine and some dark chocolate. I will have to be extra careful diet wise this week as I have a few dinners/birthdays to go to and I want to make sure I stay on track.
Just like Jason mentioned in his post, I've been feeling hungry a lot more. A few weeks ago I wouldn't have believed it! I'm looking forward to next weeks change in the diet and adding some extra veggies at dinner.
