Week 1- a few struggles but a good start

Enjoying the exercises and easing into the programme, but need to get a bit more structure. Was tough with travel to Paris (probably one of the most difficult cities in which to watch what you eat/drink, but I’m not really complaining 😀). Hope to complete the Paris marathon on Sunday and will get into the swing of things properly then.

Good that the Paris trip is here at the beginning where there's some wiggle room in the diet. Crush the marathon, what a great start to training and an excellent benchmark to see how your performance changes.

      Oooh, great to have a runner in the mix. Have a great race and enjoy your time in Paris. A stricter diet drops next week!
