Week 1- a few struggles but a good start

Enjoying the exercises and easing into the programme, but need to get a bit more structure. Was tough with travel to Paris (probably one of the most difficult cities in which to watch what you eat/drink, but I’m not really complaining 😀). Hope to complete the Paris marathon on Sunday and will get into the swing of things properly then.
