I wish I was talking about my dinner, but unfortunately my schedule. I'm in the middle of moving flats and have been seeing doctors seemingly non-stop and have another surgery coming up on Monday. But I have been pretty good with my workouts. I'm averaging 5 a week recently, which I know is not 7, but I am hitting it hard when I do them. Been on track with the diet for the most part too. I'm down about 10 kg and can see more muscle definition and so I assume I've lost more than that in fat weight. 2 belt sizes down as well. It's taking me close to an hour to finish the workouts now which is tough to sustain mentally. But the results do help motivate me a bit. Hoping I can continue to exercise next week after the surgery and don't lose any momentum. Let's see.
