"So wait.....half of what I eat on a normal day when I am being good, or half of what I eat on a binge eating day when I am stressed, or half of an average of those two?"
That was pretty much what was running through my head all day as I had a pretty sensible eating day but not incredibly auspicious. I decided that drinking probably wasn't on plan so I did forego my NFL Sunday beers, although my fantasy teams and real life team (The illustrious Eagles of Philadelphia) did an excellent job of driving me towards drink.
I am very fortunate to have been doing the exercises I learned on the Foundation pretty regularly over the last 18 months so the exercises for day 1 - while far from easy - didn't kill me. So, you know, I got that going for me.
I have to get up early and go into New York for work tomorrow and it is looking like a long day. A good test for Day 2 to stay on track and focused.
