Nearly half way

Managed to complete all the workouts. I also managed to avoid the wine dinner I mentioned in my last post and also minimized my rugby blow outs.

On the face of it that all looks like a good week but I didn't follow the diet on a number of occasions. There were no particularly bad meals or days but I know I need to improve my diet and keep my focus. Fingers crossed I can manage it this week.

Sounds like a good week Charlie. Nice job. Big question is will you stay off the beer 🍺 for England v NZ. Once every 4 years, of course not!

    It's these little slips here and there that add up, right? However, as you said, you need to tighten it up to make sure you get the results you want. I have every confidence you can do this, Charlie! We are almost in the second half, set your intention and stay strong!! There will be another RWC...in 4 years ;-) ;-)
