Just read the lesson for today. To fit in my Iron workout I have to hit the gym before work and I don’t eat breakfast til I get to the office so have been working out on an empty stomach. I have such few muscles as it is I certainly don’t want to be catabolising them - guess I will be trying to eat my snack in the taxi en route.

Thats not a bad idea. I wonder if there is a protein bar that is on diet to keep the fire burning

    Ugh, so true... eating on the run is difficult. I find that I tend to over-utilize the places that I know are on-diet whilst working through a Kenzai program. Ends up being a lot of salad bars (Whole Foods, Market of Choice and the like)

      I always though that a pre workout snack wasn’t really That important- then I read today’s lesson which set me right. Sounds like you are doing great 👍
