Father’s Day weekend and I totally fell off the diet wagon. Uuugghh. The food wasn’t unhealthy, just not Kenzai compliant and I just had far too much of it.
Well the great thing about the program is tomorrow is another day. Keep strong.
I wouldn’t worry about that at all Chi! For me this is all about ingrained good habits. Doesn’t mean we are saints it means we eat clean and work hard to stay fit and really appreciate the times we treat ourselves rather than it being the norm. You’re doing great!!
