The summer sales are on in hk and I was meandering through the stores yesterday trying on a few things. Found a jacket that I really really liked. Tried it on. The fit was perfect across the chest and waist and the length was just right. BUT the upper arms were TOO TIGHT!!!! The sales assistant suggested not wearing a shirt underneath. Not helpful.
So excited that the program is definitely working for me and I am building up some muscle. Question: after the program do I need to continue lifting weights? If I don’t (because I want to try Blast) will the muscle that I have built up turn to fat?
