Day 12

Last night I did my workout while listening to a hilarious podcast instead of music. Big mistake. It is impossible to breathe and do push ups while laughing or trying not to laugh.
Hamstrings are very tight and sore today - don’t think I can blame that on the podcast though.

Well - that's a funny image - guess I won't try the podcast route. :-). I've actually been trying without music -- seems ok also because then I remember to breathe!

Totally! Chi, it is a real problem. LOL. Seriously though, I've had to give up pods + training a long time ago. The funny ones find me laughing. The crime ones make me tense. The political ones make me sad. And the science ones get me thinking so much I forget what I'm doing!

If you cannot laugh at yourself... the saying goes. It is so important to get into that routine that works for you whilst balancing everything else, including adding a little humor into the day.

Ha, me too, i listen to a lot of different podcasts but none that has made me laugh like that. What are you listening to?

Laughing while doing the side plank - that would be a sight if at all that can be managed !
