Used my second ticket yesterday crazy day of kids activities and very rare movie date with the husband.
Ok must ask as I am very behind the times: is an air fryer really that good? Is it possible to have healthy “fried” food? I have eaten so much steamed and raw food, thought I might try mix it up a bit.

Chi, I love the air fryer. It makes great fries, chicken and they are crispy without oil. I never like frying things but if kids love fries and fried chicken this is awesome.

We use our air fryer all the time. It is a great add to any kitchen.

As someone that believes if it can’t be fried it can’t be cooked the air fryer sounds amazing

Air fryers are.....okay. I would use them occasionally, Chi. The trouble is, they dehydrate food. You get less of the water - which helps with tissue fluidity, great skin, feeling full, and optimal hydration status - which makes the food more calorically dense. Mix it in from time to time to spruce up your culinary game. But I wouldn't make it a fat busting program staple!
