So excited to have completed and survived this program. It was intense and challenging. Not sure I saw a lot of aesthetic change but definitely feel stronger. Thanks for a great 4 weeks. Looking forward to the next program.

      Chi, surviving. Yeah. You captured it. Beach is a monster, reminding us why we don't train like that year round! Way to look that monster in the eye to face the challenge head on. COMPLETE!
