Day 26

Almost at the end of the program and I still can’t do the salamander or the scoop push up properly. On the plus side there have been no comments at work about my big arms or my food this week. And, despite there being plenty of stressful moments in the office I haven’t deviated from the diet other than overgramming the fruit. Feeling good!!!

You clearly started in a good place but you can see the improvement in the photos. If anyone says you have big arms I vote that you punch them to show them your arms are strong too ;)

big arms? people are ridiculous. you look great. can you believe it - 2 more says?!!! as for those two exercises you mention — BIG challenges for me also.

Sometimes those toughest of exercises don't come around due to nothing more than how your joints articulate. Other times, it is due to muscle weakness and a lack of flexibility. Sorting out which is which can help ensure you don't bang your head too hard against the Kenzai wall.
Enjoy that final workout, Chi. It'll be another notch in your already impressive Kenzai belt!
