Fantastic GRADUATION POST

Wow what a great final workout - one of my favourites. The sculpt program has definitely strengthened by lower body - not sure if that translates to much of a difference appearance-wise for me however. I think my perfect program would have sculpt and kettle bell workouts on alternate days. I will definitely be revisiting some of the workouts from this program. Thank you everyone for a fun program and I look forward to training with all of you again some time soon.
