Looking Ahead GRADUATION POST

This year has been overwhelmingly busy with stressful periods at work and never-ending family obligations. On top of that, I constantly had a cold (I got it every time one of the kids got it and they took turns this winter - the gift that keeps on giving..) or back issues (from sitting all day at work poring over documents although I now have a stand-up desk).
While KB has provided some sanity in all this madness, I have also felt so guilty when I haven't been able to get the workouts done etc. But in the last 2 weeks, things have gotten better. Work is more manageable and I have been so happy to be able to exercise before work and during lunch. Feeling good again has reminded me just how miserable I am to be around when I am not fit and healthy. I know it really is a privilege to be able to focus on health and fitness, but I am really focused on making it my priority. So...what's next?
