I like walking a lot but always thought that I don't and won't like running. So was bit apprehensive about today's run....
Not only I was able to complete the run without any issues, but I felt good while doing it :) Specially after first 5 minutes.. sort of feel like getting into a zone.
Looking forward to many more Kenzai runs and making running as one of my favorite cardio :)
As told to us at the start of the week, I can clearly see and feel that workouts are getting really serious!
Through out this week so far, I feel that my body was screaming at me with body ache, telling me how brutal the workouts were.. Also new exercises like Captain's chair didn't make it easy
But I am glad that I was able to complete them so far.... Also was able to stay without alcohol even with few happy hour parties at work ( soda water came to help)...
So looking forward to the next week's diet. Hopefully workouts will remain the same which I can master in coming week in a better way:)
