Chisel 2 

Injured my back about 2 weeks before the finish so didn't manage to finish this one off. Disappointing, will be back for more soon.

Going well. Enjoying the misery of the 3 cycles. Surprisingly the body is holding up ok without too much pain.

Going well. Missed Wednesday workout this week. Can't uoload photos via the app or the browser on my phone which is annoying.

Went ok with the workouts this week. Need to tighten up the diet this week.

I fell out of Chisel take one with injury and not being able to sustain the workouts. Feeling really pumped for this attempt at it.

Diet was fairly good this week. Workouts not great again. Have booked time off work this week to make sure I can get to the gym each day.

Delighted to be released from the pogrom. Pretty happy with how it all went. Felt like I adhered very strictly and got good results. Until next time.


Almost there now. Trying to retain focus for the last week. Illness over and back in business on the workout front.


Update

Down with a cold the last 2 days. Trying to stick to the diet and still do the weight training part. Will hopefully be ok tomorrow or the next day.


Bonzai Day 62

Like De Sade in The Bastille I find myself furiously scribbling this ode to sadomasochism also know as the Kenzai blog. The sadist obviously being the monsters of Kenzai HQ and the masochists, us, their devoted zealots. The toil is producing dividends and thankfully the end is in sight.

Nailed diet and workouts this week. Smugness at an all time high. That said, I would murder everyone at bonzai HQ for a beer or whiskey!

Going well. enthusiasm is a little up and down but workouts and diet are fairly well adhered to. The workouts have really gone up a notch in the last week. I like it!
