Had two extremely low energy days at the start of the week, could barely do any reps. Back in business now and motoring along nicely.

Back in the USSR

I find myself in the clutches of the NKVD for another 12weeks. Optimism has not been crushed thusfar, enthusiasm still unwaning.

Injured my back about 2 weeks before the finish so didn't manage to finish this one off. Disappointing, will be back for more soon.

Going well. Enjoying the misery of the 3 cycles. Surprisingly the body is holding up ok without too much pain.

Going well. Missed Wednesday workout this week. Can't uoload photos via the app or the browser on my phone which is annoying.

Went ok with the workouts this week. Need to tighten up the diet this week.


Chisel take 2

I fell out of Chisel take one with injury and not being able to sustain the workouts. Feeling really pumped for this attempt at it.

Diet was fairly good this week. Workouts not great again. Have booked time off work this week to make sure I can get to the gym each day.
