OK, so they think they can add 1 egg white to the morning snack and suddenly crank up the workouts even more............brutal morning - because it is Monday?!
Yes, we can tell the seconds between sets are cut down.
And floorjumps and planks on the same day..................but done!
Cutting grams of carbs (and protein) AND seconds between sets of planks - seriously not funny.
But excited about more egg whites! hahaha
so can we use inappropriate language here as long as the context is planks or otter kicks? !!!
Haven't gotten on the scale since I weighed myself to input my initial data. My original plan was to get on the scale at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. But after reading the lesson the other day (and tightening my belt another notch!), I think I am going to abandon the scale for the next 50 days as well.
Anyone want to join me?
This has definitely become my most dreaded part of the workout!! I know look ahead through the week to see when they are coming to mentally prepare................just me?
Seriously craving pizza!! - if I write it here will this craving actually get resolved?!
Then get home last night and there is pizza from my kids dinner left in the refrigerator - could the Kenzai people be arranging this to test my will power?!

Actually tastes better than it looks.
But I lose my banana from tomorrow......................my daughter may become more correct!
Maybe it was just me, but could crank through the workouts, get through all the food, and stick with the program, but low inspiration.
Clearly the excitement of the egg white dinner wasn't as good as the indulgence!!!
Better things ahead in week 6 I am sure!
Lunch is truly the one enjoyable meal of the day - lots of options and fulfilling. After lunch, start to think about dinner, and just not happy!!!
But is nice to feel clothing getting much looser!
lots of cinnamon, half of my banana, cook it really hot.................still doesn't taste like pizza or chocolate, but not terrible!
Had a piece of cake with the family after dinner on Saturday night. It was one of those things that, at the moment, was AWESOME! But afterwards felt really heavy and then got a bit of a sugar crash. The piece wasn't particularly big, but was so full I couldn't eat my evening snack.
Been traveling and working so much, have not had time to get in some of the homemade mexican food I have been aiming for on Kenzai - until today. Cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder - thank you!
Had to fight off my 14-year-old daughter from stealing my lunch!
Any clever ideas on vegetables with breakfast? I mix in a big pile of chopped onions with my eggs (kind of max out at 60 grams in 1 egg), but am uninspired with steamed veg or salad in the morning. Any ideas welcome!!! Probably my biggest struggle with the diet.
got in the full set of push ups and took opportunity to throw the push up bars afterwards to take out some revenge............felt great!!!!
don't think it did anything additional for my fitness though..........
