love getting outside while the air is still cool in the morning for the workout
didn't think 15 minutes of workout would make me so sweaty so quickly!
love a piece of dark chocolate for an afternoon snack, can't believe I just threw out 1/3 of it!!!
Used to getting up, having b-fast and heading to the gym for a run or a swim. But to crank out the workout first thing in the morning feels great. Just me jumping rope and a few people walking their dogs outside at 530am!
Anyone else feel stiff shoulders and slightly sore feet?
Workout 2 done, but need to sort out a better timing mechanism. Any recommendations on a timer app (native timer on iphone is only in minutes)?
Thought my legs were stiff, but once I got jumping, all good.
First workout done before the kids are out of bed.
Pleasant surprise about food for the week - particularly because day 1 is my daughter's b-day and now I can enjoy a piece of cake with her!
Gotta learn to breath while jump roping..............
Looking forward to tomorrow and heading down the path to be in great shape for an amazing season of back country skiing!
