Finish a full 3 month cycle of training free if restrictions of hip and lower back ✅
The Reach program ahead of this taught me stretching which was part of my daily routine ✅
Use Iron and Bells training for a lot of exercises ✅
Not worry to much about the strict diet as I knew I couldn’t be entirely compliant but core principles adhered to ✅
Re read the lessons ✅ and treat them as new ✅
Next time however more active blogging apologies to the rest of team
Stronger through back muscle system ,shoulder( damaged ) much more range of motion and chest is stronger
Next is a genuine fat loss with some higher intensity full body
Will check the exercise menus fir next adventure
