Bells Done GRADUATION POST

Ok I know it was supposed to hurt. I thought the KB3 final centurions was a cracker but the heart rate and total body workouts made this final tougher.Started heavy 12:18 kegs but admit mid way 8/10 then final 12 kegs.
Achieved my aim to safely learn these beasties.
Did the program limited by my recovering hip but the work around lower back and hip thrust really worked well.
Actually enjoyed the speed skips this time as the short sharp burst got the heart rate breathing better with low leg hip impact
Diet variable but 65% but have now a 69% proportion of muscle in total body weight and an easier target of 5 kilos to move .
That is achievable over the next three months as again the diets, good lessons and reminders ( let Alone Noako recipes) are a wonderful go to reference
