Hurts so Good

I actually like these short sharp burst programs
In body Life incorporating more of the full body stuff brightens up the exercise days.
Lunar Jumps (hurts)
Scoop Pushes hurt (ouch)
Knee Clapper Crab walks
Some are difficult because of my prosthetic right shoulder but makes yo focus on doing it slowly at least

Couldn't agree more - the timed section of the workout is bad at the time but feels so gooood after!

    I too am no fan of the full body movements, but there's no better way to get your musculature integrated and looking toned than sprinkling those exercises in there. Be patient and keep a sense of humor through them, you'll see the results of your efforts!
