Loved the Reading

I am using parts of the program
A lot of knowledge and the degree of difficulty for me was sitting on my derrière and trying not to think
I picked up a phew tools and found that when u would stretch in morning “my time” was then
Laying prone on back for a good five minutes dumbing down the body was a good start into active stretches
Quiet time at night allowed. Me better sleep
Slack in diet but active in workouts
Up and ready to launch into a post Xmas “defatting”

The sitting still and quietly reflecting would be the most challenging part for me too. Well done David, it’s very interesting reading gleaning the different elements people have gained from the programme.

        Thanks for engaging with a very subtle and challenging topic David. My goal for people with this program is to open the door and have them figure out what in the room of the mind is useful for them, and find solutions that work for their brains at this moment in their lives.
