I can never beat the triceps triangle
It’s a killer
Back chest strong
Abs acceptable
Legs great really happy to manage the hips and hamstrings
Biceps hurt but happy
Diet not compliant but I finished the program managing the legs which was my aim
Body weight 84kg
Lean muscle mass
68
So strip time but a great foundation

By the triceps triangle, do you mean those Diamond Push-ups? If so, I am with you there. They are killer. Doing 20 is one thing, but doing 100 is an entirely different matter. I could barely lift myself up at the end of the century. You got great results: 84 kg (presumably down from a higher number) and 68 lean muscle mass. What are the units on the lean muscle mass? Kilograms? It was a pleasure working out together on KB3.

        Gotta love that delayed onset muscle soreness. It's a hallmark of KB3 and one to be welcomed in, along with some hard earned off training fun, like a best friend, David!
