The Kenzai Tesm suggested I do Reach as I had hips problems on the right hip
Went to doctor MRI etc immunology tests .no damage
Thomas suggested the stretch programs may assist especially around the hamstrings etc
Having completed this program I am much more flexible in lower back hamstrings ,side movements etc
Thank you team
I will continue to include the morning warm ups and concentrate more on after workout stretch
I did like the evening longer stretch and relaxed the day
I really enjoyed the program as it unique and fun
Thanks to all See in another program

    Dave, Good u liked it, it certainly works and its very different . Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeach... !
    I loved it, made a big difference and if im not mistaken going forward you might find yourself using the morning warm ups more often than not ,especially if you feel lethargic and not into a big workout , that is a great stress buster .
