legs survived still struggling with negative pull ups I found a machine in gym which has a assist .Kneeel on it so it takes the initial weight up and then you drive through to the chin lift completed the routine stuffed but not abnormal on the right prothesis shoulder so will stick to it.
Got the kenazia burn so life is good.
PS Planks l and I arent best friends yet failed on the last 15 seconds only.

Looked like a goose doing the legs today mo flex in hips so could'nt get any where near horizontal finished but rubbish form and surprisingly found new muscle group .ps sit ups are my new other friend ( long term relationship)

Did a 8 k walk in morning 800 skips 50;63:70:50:50;70,80:40:80:70:30(rubbish)50:50:80 60 fell over
Exercises moderate low energy overhead work with my broken shoulder is weak form : abs ok biceps ok chest ok Mmm time for gush ans veggies . Overall a pass for the day


He says don't play catch up just do the program ,personally glad he said so legs very tired day21 here we go


Day 20

Playing catch up football .did the training today.shoulder fly no good as I have a shoulder prosthesis need an alternative skipping done 100 :50:80:37:80:60 50:50:50 :30:80 can't so it a single but finished hard


Slowly got through the exercises but only one set of of skip 600. Will try some more skipping this arvo


Cold was bronchitis

All been very ill so got out of hk rubbish air and hit a beach to re ignite after 4 days recuperating and 9 days of coughing.doubling up work load for a week lets see how I go .keep going everyone


Who wants to eat?exerci we hard but having doing it but lays de days much tougher and sweat from activity and temperature of body is easy lots of water compensating .feel ok today and will have a crack at the workout tonight
