Another busy week at work but plugging along. Having minor knee pain in one knee so I've skipped the jump rope for two days and will probably wait till Saturday to start up the jumps again. Have a great weekend!

Always be conservative with knee pain. Good choice. Have a great weekend as well.

        Good that you are listening to the body! For me, the jump rope is not too bad on the knees but the step lunges and pistol lunges are. Have a good weekend

            Hope u r feeling better. I too took a couple days off due to overall exhaustion. Had a weekend nap and now feel strong. Take it easy mate

              Oh, maybe try taking a walk? I subbed a walk for the first time on Sunday since I wasn't feeling well, and it was a nice break from routine on the muscles.

                  STill a little sore Ricky; thanks for asking! Not too concerned; just taking it gingerly on the leg exercises for the time being!
