Hola!

The past couple of weeks have been bonkers! Feeling great with the workouts and knee pain has subsided. Noticing a leaner mid-section and feeling stronger. Energy levels are good, even though sleep hasn't been great. Looking forward to heading towards the finish line strong!

David - that sounds fantastic in terms of results! All the best with the final lap.

What's with the sleep?

    Hi Madhav,
It's work related insomnia. Have a vacation coming up in April at the end of Kenzai - it won't be here soon enough!

I can definitely see your progress in your mid-section and also in your shoulders and arms. You don't get results like this without consistent dedication and hard work. Keep going - let's see what the last month brings.

I have work-related insomnia as well. Diet and exercise help with sleep, so you are covered there. Two things that I have found to be very helpful are over the counter melatonin, as well as shutting off all screens an hour before bed. Reading my novel before bedtime tends to make me sleepy, and if not, at least I get to enjoy a good novel. Insomnia is horrible, hang in there my friend.

Thank for the encouraging words Ed. I'm with you on no screens before bedtime!

Wow, your face! Looking years younger, David. Glad to hear your knee is better and sorry about the insomnia. Ed has you covered there. Hopefully vacation will give you plenty of time to rest.

You look great! I know that insomnia is bad, I've not been doing well myself. It looks like many in our group are sufferers of this disease.
