Kenzai Body | Day 76

This time of year is so hectic. I have one kid graduating middle school and another graduating high school. Every day there is some activity. I have done my work outs and I eat well during the day. I am not eating processed foods but it is hard to stick to egg whites for dinner. When this ends I will need to keep going and I don’t know what should be next. I definitely need an eating plan. I feel like I do the workouts everyday but it is the food that causes problems.

I'm feeling the same pinch Deb, all these end-of-year events compressed into a single week, it's crazy! Spread it out guys!

A good run on a program will reset your normal food to a far better place than you started. Some food rules that you only break on rare occasion will get you further than trying to be strictly on a by-the-gram meal plan year round. We can talk about it as we finish up. Not long now!

    Rest assured that your hard work will carry over into your post-Kenzai life. You just won't like eating the old way, and your body will crave the workouts--especially since you are hitting them every day like a boss! See how the week 12 diet treats you and really focus on the evening meals. Running a tight week has loads of mental benefits!
