Finished! GRADUATION POST
This is the second time I have done KB2 and have to admit that this time was not as easy as the first time, as I was more motivated then as needed to loose more wait for a special occasion. I didn't have a real motivation this time apart from keeping fit. I still enjoyed the routine being on KB2. Hope everyone had a good program and wishing you all a merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Last 10 days.... ploughing along. Just back from holiday, did a yoga class and Zumba lesson last week, which was a nice change from the usual exercises.
Oops...haven’t posted for 14 days...currently on holiday in Phuket, Thailand. Still ploughing along, but have done better on past programs. Difficult to resist all the nice yummie Thai curries and my favorite dessert, sticky mango rice!
Yesterday was a write off with all the candy in the house I bought for the kids in the neighbourhood (and had some myself). Think we had 200 kids in total ringing the door bell. Happy Halloween everyone!
Half way with the program. This is the 2nd time I am doing KB2. Have to admit that last year was easier as I had a big motivation to look fab for my 50th birthday party. This year I feel I am just ploughing along. Only motivation is to keep fit & keep my diet in check :)
Ploughing along with the program. Got great tips to make the yoghurt dinners more exciting like raita and banana smoothie so def trying that.
Not my favourite part of the program.....the bland yoghurt dinners! If anyone has any tips how to make it a bit nicer, pls let me know ;) Have a good week everyone.
Better week than week 2. Did most of the work outs. Could be better on the diet as had few dinner outs. Slowly getting into the program! Have a great weekend everyone.
Not a good week, was at a launch event for work with my colleagues from around the world I only see once/twice a year so lots of pizza and alcohol involved. Just got home and away for the weekend again tomorrow but should be better on point with exercise and food! Hope you are having a better Kenzai week!
Doing KB2 for the 2nd time. I really enjoyed it last year , and I have more success with the longer programs as the shorter ones. I like the structure of regular exercise and clean eating. Last year I wanted to get in shape for my 50th birthday party. This year I don't have a real goal, I just want to loose a few kilo's and stay fit.

Spent a long weekend in Phuket, so did my work outs there. Unfortunately we had torrential rain most of the weekend, so not a beautiful picture of the beach, but a rough ocean instead!

I really liked the exercises & intensity of Kenzai Beach, but unfortunately I wasn't able to commit to the program like I wanted, and only exercised every other day. Definitely not beach ready, but getting there....
Just signed up for Reboot as I like the structure of regular exercise and diet in my daily life.

I liked the exercises & intensity of the Blast program, but unfortunately was not able to commit to the program like I wanted, so didn't finish with the beach body I wanted....if I am honest I only was able to do work out every other day instead of every day, so missed lots of the work outs. Hope everyone else got the results they wanted.
Have to admit I have done better on previous programs. Not been able to do all exercises this week and also not 100 % on diet. Don’t want to pull out of the program though....Still managed to loose a little bit of weight so far.
